Hillhurst House

This house for a growing family takes advantage of a split level site to create three equally appointed levels of living. The main living area is on the second level and is characterized by an absence of doors and closed rooms. A sky-lit stair case pierces all levels bringing light and spatial continuity to the overall volume.
