Greenrock Property Management is a family-led company that has been responsible for the creation of some of Toronto's most vibrant longstanding multi-residential communities. The company is also known for their support of the arts. It is therefore no surprise that they care a great deal about how they interact with their clients. The management offices are designed to offer both ease of access and comfort for existing and potential tenants while providing an elegant work environment for their staff. The design is meant to reflect the 1960's heritage of the properties under management, yet not be overtly nostalgic in its reference. Durable timeless materials such as travertine stone are combined with glass and reflective surfaces to create a lively, modern space. The materials also related back to the materials of the public spaces in the buildings themselves, which have been the subject of ongoing renovations by Kohn Shnier. There are a number of both open and closed work environments that encourage staff interaction while allowing for privacy when needed.
